Today it’s a common phenomenon that the rate at which moral decay is rising is very high inform of fornication, smoking, prostitution especially on the side of young people mostly below 18 years. What could be seen as the possible causes are the pear groups in which most children live with and at times negligence on the side of parents who may give too much freedom or no continuous monitor on what, how and where these children play from, move to etc.
